- Certificate of No Impediment – Proof that you are legally free to marry (single status certificate, divorce decree, or death certificate of former spouse if applicable)
- Residency Requirement – You must arrive in Curacao at least 3 days before the wedding ceremony
- Civil Ceremony – All marriages in Curacao must include a civil ceremony performed by a government-appointed registrar at the Civil Affairs office
The Marriage Process
